Peggy Titus-Hall is a certified professional co-active coach, focusing on communications and career transition. With over 20 years experience in training, facilitation, and career development, Peg’s personal mission is to help people realize what is truly possible in their careers and in their lives. In communications, she works with clients to become more self-aware, build confidence, and develop presentation skills to present to groups of all sizes.
Together, Peg and her clients explore and play with a variety of career options, interjecting fun and reflection to develop fulfilling lives. Her non-judgmental techniques allow them to follow their passions, as well as improve their basic communications skills. She also conducts workshops and seminars in verbal and written communications and career transition.
Over the course of her career, Peg has worked in a variety of settings, including large and small corporations, retail stores, law firms, and academics. She taught verbal and written communications, human relations, and career management. She moved to the corporate sector as a training coordinator and ultimately with Ernst & Young as a senior instructional designer where she wrote and developed Web based and classroom training and distance learning. Peg received her coaching training in 2002 and coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2005, and she is accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach.
Peg has spoken to audiences large and small in and around Atlanta and out of state on such topics as coaching, effective communications, career development, personal growth, and listening skills. She also hosts two online radio programs: The Career Coach, focusing on career transition and helping clients learn the right tools for the right jobs, and Tap Your Potential, about the personal aspects of owning your own business.
