CPI of Jackson meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7 a.m. at
the Holiday Inn on Carriage House Drive. For more information or to make
a reservation, contact June Aldridge.
CPI of Jackson conducts a Check Writing School for bad check offenders
on the last Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Science Building of the
Jackson State Community College.
STATE MEETINGS:
The 66th Annual State Conference of Credit Professionals International of
Tennesse will be hosted by CPI of Brownsville September 22-24, 2006, at
the Edgewater Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN. The theme is "Fall Into CPI". Hotel
reservations must be made by August 22, 2006, and the Early Bird
Conference Registration deadline is September 1, 2006.

The CPI of Tennessee Spring Board meeting was held at the offices of
President Jean Walker in Nashville, TN, on March 25, 2006, and plans for
the 2006 State Conference in Brownsville were discussed. After the Board
meeting, an ad hoc meeting was called to review proposed changes to the
duties of officers and committee chairman in the Standing Rules and copies
are being sent to all local association Presidents for their review.
