| On Valentine’s Day Join a discussion at Credit Professionals of Ann Arbor To gain an understanding of the new Michigan 90-Day Pre-Foreclosure Negotiation Law The Washtenaw County Treasurer’s Office housing counselors will explain the impacts of the updated Michigan law regarding the mortgage foreclosure process, focusing on implications for lenders and homeowners. They’ll also lead a discussion about the history of the housing crisis and its effect in Washtenaw County. Our meeting will be held February 14, 2012 from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. at Weber’s Inn. The meeting fee is $15.00 and includes breakfast served by Weber’s staff. If you want to register please let me know by February 9th. This meeting is open to the public, so if you know someone involved with the mortgage or foreclosure process, please forward the attached flyer and invite them to come.
